Any request for special accomodations for a particular workshop must be made at least 10 days in advance of the workshop. Requests can be made to the contact person(s) for that particular workshop. |

The following payment information must be included with workshop registrations that require a fee:
- Purchase Order Copy or Original
- Purchase Order Copy or Original must be signed by Administrator and Business Office
Fax the purchase orders to Staff Development at (956)984-7659
Workshop Cancellations: Workshop Fee will be charged to those who fail to show for a workshop.
To avoid the charge, Staff Development must be notified in writing at least 3 business days prior to workshop date. Cancellation must include name, workshop number and Social Security number.
