Project Pace FeesProject Pace Fees:Transcript Evaluation Fee -- A $40.00 nonrefundable transcript evaluation fee is required for all transcript evaluations. A check or money order is acceptable. No cash or credit cards.Pre-Assignment Preparation Fee -- Upon program acceptance, the candidate must pay just $295.00, a nonrefundable pre-assignment preparation fee, to secure their seat in the program. Fee includes books, on line book study, TExES preparation sessions, and summer trainingInternship Fee -- For candidates who successfully secure employment during the current school year. The internship fee of $4,625.00 will be deducted from intern’s checking account on a monthly basis throughout the internship year. Fee includes TExES preparation sessions, ongoing training, and mentorship.

The College Access Loan Program provides alternative educational loans to Texas students enrolled in an alternative certification program who are unable to meet the cost of attendance. The CAL may be used to cover part or all of the student's Expected Family Contribution (EFC); students do not have to demonstrate financial need. This loan program is part of the Hinson-Hazlewood College Student Loan Program administered by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) http://www.hhloans.com2. This federally funded program is designed to assist military personnel and veterans transition to a new career as a public school teacher. Through a network of national, state, and regional offices, participants receive guidance counseling, and provide funding to eligible participants to help pay for their certification programs and incentive bonuses for those who teach at high-needs schools.
