2nd Annual Student by Student Technology & Leadership Conference
Through sharing and learning about technology with and from their peers, young minds are empowered to become more creative, improve their collaboration and communication skills, expand their critical thinking and problem solving processes, and grow into mindful digital citizens.
The Region One Education Service Center is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Student By Student Technology & Leadership Conference (SbySTech17). This initiative is open to Region One 9th through 12th grade students and will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, for districts A - L or on Thursday, April 20, 2017, for districts M - Z at the McAllen Convention Center from 8:30 AM to 2:45 PM.
The SbySTech17 Conference is a unique experience where sessions focusing on the use of technology in education will be presented by students for their fellow students. This will empower student presenters to be leaders of their own future in the area of technology and innovation, as well as provide a platform for students to showcase technology best practices.
