    Leadership Institutes and professional development opportunities are provided for district and campus administrators, leadership teams, and teachers including Professional Learning Communities; Instructional Rounds; Impact Coaching for Leadership Teams; Great Leaders, Great Teams; Legal Issues; Showcasing Effective Schools-Elementary/Secondary, Continuous Improvement; Linking Data to Student Achievement; Developing Leadership Capacity; Creating a Positive Campus Climate; and Leadership for Differentiated Instruction. Other trainings include Site-Based Decision Making (SBDM), and District/Campus Administrator's Academies.

    ILP³ - Integrated Leadership Principal Preparation Program
    Where today's learners become tomorrows leaders
    The mission of the ILP³ is to recruit, prepare, mentor and certify aspiring administrators in Region One ESC School districts and the state of Texas. ILP³ provides research-based best practices, preparation academies, institutes, technical support, field-based experiences, and a supportive network to meet the need for leadership positions in the public schools of Texas.

    AEL/T-TESS/T-PESS Certification 
    Region One ESC offers trainings and certification in Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) and the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS).  T-TESS is the Commissioner of Education's recommended appraisal system for public schools in the state of Texas.  Certificates are required from both ILD or AEL and T-TESS in order to appraise teachers in the state of Texas.
