Mission Statement
The mission of the Principals' Assesment & Development Center (PADC) is to assess and develop the leadership capacity and effectiveness of practicing campus principals and assistant principals and to assess and develop the leadership skills of prospective candidates for the principalship.
Goals
To positively impact student learning by enhancing:

the leadership capacity and performance of the principal

the quality of classroom instruction.
