PURCHASING COOPERATIVE
(ROPC)
This is a 'no fee' cooperative to members, provided their Board approves a resolution and Interlocal agreement which allows the districts to purchase from awarded bids procured by the ROPC. Current awards include:
- Automotive and Bus Parts, Tires, Tubes, Supplies & Equipment
- Audio/Visual and Photography Services
- Catering Services
- Decor Merchandise & Services
- Duplicating (Copy) Paper & Binder Tabs
- Efficiency Services
- Fundraising Services
- General Merchandise & School Related Products
- Law Enforcement Equipment & Supplies
- Maintenance Department Building Material, Hardware, Supplies, Equipment & Repair
- Music & Theater Equipment, Supplies and Repairs
- Promotional Bottled Water
- Promotional Merchandise & Services
- Special Needs-Assistive Technology-Equipment, Supplies, & Literacy Materials

Membership requires an Interlocal Agreement and Resolution by your Board. Click on the link to access this document. An original copy must be submitted to Region One ESC for the Executive Director's signature. A copy of the fully executed document will be provided to you for your records.
