Regional Plan for Improving Student Performance 2011-2012

Each Texas regional education service center is required to develop a plan for assisting districts with improving student performance, operating effectively and efficiently, and implementing state initiatives. The plan, developed by ESC staff members, considers many factors including client perceived needs, client needs, and client feedback. The resulting plan of action helps to guide personnel in delivering services to districts throughout the year.

The Texas Teacher of the Year Program is facilitated by the Texas Association of School Administrators to recognize and reward teachers who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and excellence in teaching.The program recognizes a Teacher of the Year in both elementary and secondary categories at the regional and state levels.
