    Legal Framework



    This framework is a template in electronic format that summarizes state and federal requirements for special education by topic. The development, production and on going on-line maintenance of the framework is coordinated through statewide stakeholder input. This TEA project is under the leadership of Region 18Education Service Center with the support and staff participation from each of the other regional ESC's.


    Transition in Texas: Statewide High School Transition Network



    As the state lead for Secondary Transition Services, Education Service Center Region XI facilitates the coordination of the 20 regional Education Service Center transition specialists' activities in an effort to meet the needs of high school students receiving special education services across the state of Texas.
