What are soft skills?
Soft skills are the personal attributes, personality traits, inherent social cues, and communication abilities needed for success on the job. These are developed and learned via your interactions with family friends and colleagues as well as customers and those who provide you with goods or services.
Your measure of success in developing soft skills will determine your success in school, career, and life.
