Restorative Discipline Practices (RDP) are a set of informal and formal strategies intended to build relationships and a sense of community. Restorative school discipline is educational in providing all members of the school community with the skills and understandings for positive social interactions, relationships that support learning, and peaceful resolution of problems and conflict.
