    If serving food (even if its pre-packaged) a Health Permit is required. Please email completed and signed health permit to aretana@esc1.net. If health permit is not submitted by the September 13th, deadline, vendor will be responsible for submitting the $10 fee & health permit directly to the City of SPI - Health Department.
