Region One ESC COVID-19 Action 

Dear Friends, 

We are being faced with challenges in our school system like never before; but we should take on these matters as opportunities to demonstrate our spirit. Be assured that we continue to work alongside our districts and charter schools to ensure the same level of quality support, dedication, and service that you have been accustomed to receiving from our staff.

In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control, the Texas Department of State Health Services and local health authorities, Region One ESC continues to observe the following measures: 

• All professional development events, trainings, conferences and meetings will be provided online using the best technology tools available and the best instructional practices for the safety of all participants. 
• Our staff in the Region One ESC offices in Edinburg, Brownsville and Laredo remains committed to you and will continue to provide quality support services to educators and our community. However, for the safety of our guests and staff members, access to our facilities will be limited until further notice.
