COVID-19 Supports

  • Region One Education Service Center is continuing to provide quality supports for school systems, leaders, parents, teachers, and students during this world-wide health emergency. In the Division of Instructional Leadership, School Improvement, and College Readiness our programs have dedicated time and resources to support your school systems. Currently, our program coordinators and directors will conduct weekly meetings with school system program staff to assure that you stay abreast of federal, state, and local requirements and we are working diligently to create online content to support your parents, teachers, and students.  On each of the program webpages, you will find specific content to support the area of focus.

The Region One ESC Science Department is available to assist you with district, campus, student, and parent needs as the COVID-19 situation unfolds. We are all in this together and we are here to support you!  The support for parents will include grade specific Science topic resources and videos for parents and their children. This can assist and supplement at-home learning. District-level Science Coordinator Meetings will be conducted weekly to continue to keep an open line of communication with all of our Instructional Leaders in the Region One area. In addition, TEKS-aligned teacher resources to enhance the design, delivery, and assessment for at-home learning opportunities will be added weekly. Please continue to check back on this COVID-19 Support page.

Together we will overcome this challenge!
