Teacher Job description addendum An addendum to the teacher job description provides documentation of new expectations, responsibilities, and working conditions. The move to remote instruction has changed how teachers perform their jobs and the conditions under which they carry out their duties. Documentation of the new demands is a key to communicating performance expectations, the work schedule, and physical demands.
Addendum to the teacher job description is available in the HR Library should be provided to all teachers conducting distance learning. The addendum can also be given to a teacher returning to work after a medical leave and assist health care providers with assessing the individual’s ability to perform the essential job functions.
