Educator Effectiveness Support System (EESS)

  • Project RISE utilizes a systemic approach to identify a teacher’s area of growth through ongoing classroom observations and feedback. Observed evidence is used to diagnose and design personalized interventions and support. Project RISE instructional leaders embody the four coaching competencies in their daily practice while focusing their support on the Five Focus Areas. Coaching with Purpose engages our educators collaboratively in a system of support through continuous coaching opportunities.
