Substantial completion was submitted to the Region One Board of Directors on January 19, 2021.

The Conference Center adds an additional 25,672 square feet to the existing facility increasing the square footage of our Region One Edinburg facility to approximately 160,000 square feet. Four new training spaces with individual capacities ranging from 70 to 200 participants. Joined together, the meeting space will be able to accommodate about 1,200 participants. With this addition, Region One ESC will now have a total of 21 rooms available for trainings, meetings, and/or conferences. Meeting rooms are furnished with ergonomically designed seating and workspaces. New centralized ESCafe eating area with seating for up to 65 and 231 additional parking spaces added to the Westside on Jackson Road.
