• The Region One ESC Special Education Department offers a full range of services to support students served by Special Education, parents, families, and communities. Many of our services are hosted at no cost to the participants.We deliver pre-scheduled workshops and meetings at Region One ESC facilities in Edinburg, Laredo, and Brownsville.
