VISION
Every dual language learner in Region One is provided with equitable educational opportunities to become a bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural individual, with a strong sense of sociocultural competence, in order to thrive as a productive member of an ever changing global society.
MISSION
The Mission of the Dual Language Consortium is to support school systems to implement, refine, and expand high-quality dual language programs across Region One, in order to empower dual language learners and their families by addressing their cognitive, academic, linguistic, and sociocultural needs with research-based strategies to develop global competency.
