A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is designed to provide both workers and emergency personnel with the proper procedures for handling or woring with a particular substance.  All workers must be trained and provided a copy of the MSDS for each cleaning product assigned to them.  Training and MSDSs must be readily accessible/available to the worker in their language (English or Spanish).
