Effective Schools Framework (ESF) Institute
Audience: District, Campus, & Teacher Leaders
This two-day session empowers campus and district leaders with an understanding of the Effective Schools Framework and the key levers. Participants take a deep dive into key practices, success criteria, and what those look like in action. The training adopts the See It, Name It, Do It model and offers access to exemplary resources and artifacts. Participants will actively reflect, built, enhancing and refining their current processes and procedures.

Effective Schools Framework (ESF) Diagnostic

The ESF Diagnostic is a six-step process intended to build a deeper understanding of the campus’s current level of implementation of the essential actions included in the Effective School Framework, identifying the gaps, and serves as the identification of prioritized focus areas for campus long-term improvement efforts.

Academic Review or Assignment Fidelity Analysis
Audience: District Leaders & Campus Leaders
The Lever 4 Academic Review is an analysis of the campus instructional materials, specifically instructional materials students have access to through assignments. A Region 1 trained academic reviewers will analyze the materials through the lens of Research Based Instructional Strategies (RBIS) indicators to determine the implementation of high- quality instructional materials at a campus level. A detailed L4 Academic Review Report will be provided to both the district and campus leaders.

E4 Coaching
Audience: District, Campus, & Teacher Leaders
This research-based process guides campus instructional leaders through mastering the Continuum of Self-Reflection. Facilitators from Region 1 ESF will lead instructional leaders in professional and reflective dialogues aimed at enhancing instruction. This process encourages instructional teams to set and achieve goals that improve student performance. Coaching support includes observing collaborative practices, guiding reflections with PLC teams, assisting with goal-setting, action planning, conducting implementation visits, and providing feedback. Districts/Campuses have an option to customize the number of days needed.
Essential Action Lever Support 1.1 (EALS)
Audience: District & Campus Leaders
Essential Action Lever Support (EALS) is an ESF-aligned program over a span of 10 days through which training and support is provided to principals, their instructional leadership teams, and principal supervisors to build capacity for creating and implementing systems for the ESF Lever 1.1) around roles and responsibilities, change management, observation and feedback cycles, and data-driven instruction.
Principal Leadership Support Sessions
Audience: District Leaders, Emerging & Established Principals
A year-long, once-a-month professional development series conducted through 1-hour virtual sessions designed to provide campus leaders with relevant and practical information tailored to their roles and responsibilities. Participants will enhance campus systems and structures needed to lead effectively and implement sustainable best practices directly impacting student performance.
PAX Good Behavior
Audience: Campus Leaders & Teachers
Introducing the PAX Good Behavior Game, a proven behavior management tool designed for schools seeking to cultivate a positive classroom atmosphere. Through engaging teamwork and rewards, this innovative strategy empowers students to earn points for demonstrating respectful and cooperative behaviors, creating a harmonious learning environment where every student can thrive
Premier Bundle
Audience: District, Campus, & Teacher Leaders
Participants will engage in the ESF Diagnostic Process, the Academic Review, and E4 Coaching. This process will assist leaders in identifying strengths and areas of focus while determining if students have access to high quality instructional materials. Participants will self reflect on current campus systems and receive side-by-side customized coaching based on diagnostic results.
