Empowering educators through strong mentorship. Our programs accelerate teacher growth, strengthen retention, and elevate the quality of instruction across districts. Through our Mentoring and Coaching Academy, we deliver high-impact mentor training, and through the Texas Mentorship Training, we support districts in meeting compliance and implementing the PREP Mentorship Program Allotment with confidence and success.

What the program provides
Mentor & Coaching Academy
Empower district and campus leaders, teacher leaders, and mentors through four full-day sessions focused on mentoring partnerships, instructional coaching, positive behavior systems, and data-driven instruction.
PREP Mentorship Program
The Preparing and Retaining Educators through Partnership (PREP) Allotment requires your district to commit to participating in high-quality training through an approved Texas provider.
