Effective Schools Framework
We enhance the quality of education in low-performing schools, aligning with the state’s objective to foster excellence for all students through the use of the Effective Schools Framework.
This is achieved through a comprehensive approach that involves reviewing, evaluating, monitoring, and intervening at the campus level. The Effective Schools Team’s key responsibilities encompass monitoring and implementing interventions related to state and federal accountability standards.

The Power of Mission
This training is for campus teams who are wanting to revise/revisit or begin the process of creating their school’s mission and vision. Positive school culture requires a compelling and aligned vision and mission.
