Principal Appraiser Certification & Training
This one-day training is required for anyone who will appraise principals. Principals who will be appraised with T-PESS should also take this 1-day training to deepen their understanding of the appraisal process, including engaging in an orientation, completing a self-assessment, composing a professional development plan, and setting improvement goals.
Teacher Appraiser Certification & Training
Unlock your certification as a designated appraiser with our three-day T-TESS training. This service equips you with essential observation skills.
T-TESS certification is completed by passing the online test via the Teach for Texas portal. Plus, either ILD or Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) is required alongside this training to ensure you’re fully prepared for teacher appraisal.
