The Children’s Learning Institute (CLI) is a leader in the development of research-based tools to improve early education quality. In 2014, CLI partnered with state agencies to build a platform that could deliver these tools to a greater number of programs. This platform, CLI Engage, now houses free resources for educators and families of children ages 0-6.

They have a nice toolkit for teachers and families.

CLI Engage is a comprehensive professional development and child progress monitoring platform. 

Texas School Ready (TSR) is a comprehensive preschool teacher training program through the CLI.

The Texas School Ready child progress monitoring tool, the CIRCLE Progress Monitoring System (formerly known as C-PALLS+), is a user-friendly, technology-driven tool that enables teachers to assess a children’s progress in a particular skill area almost instantly. 

Developing Talkers and its Spanish counterpart, Hablemos Juntos, are curriculum supplements that were created by researchers at the Children’s Learning Institute to support young children’s language and literacy skills, focusing on three domains of early language: vocabulary, comprehension, and speaking skills.
