Project RISE would like to thank Edinburg CISD and Betts Elementary for their hospitality and collegial interactions. Project RISE rural school partners engaged in a professional learning opportunity hosted with teachers at Betts Elementary School. Research is showing more and more that teachers learn best from each other. Administrators that embrace teachers as learners enable a culture that nurtures a collegial exchange of ideas. Project RISE rural school partners were able to learn and grow from this experience. Through this collaborative exchange, all educators were able to add ideas to their instructional toolbox and shared that they are eager to implement them in their classrooms!
